WhiteCap Workforce Solutions represents a NJ-based pharmaceutical client seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney for a fully remote role. The attorney will support GMP‑compliant manufacturing and supplier contracts and coordinate with operations, quality, and IP teams across the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of pharma contracting experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CLM and e-signature tools. Bar admission in good standing is required.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a state bar.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant legal experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences contracting.
• Strong drafting, redlining, and negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple agreements.
• Experience with CLM systems and e-signature platforms such as Ironclad and DocuSign.
• Ability to advise cross‑functional teams across operations, supply chain, quality, and business development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal support to Technical Operations and Supply Chain on contract escalations.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and analyze manufacturing, quality, distribution, and vendor agreements.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, QA, and IP teams to support contracting across the product lifecycle.
• Ensure agreements comply with regulatory, GMP, and quality requirements.
• Track contract milestones, renewals, and amendment needs.
