Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a Sr. Manager, Contracts to provide comprehensive contract support across Clinical Operations, R&D, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Corporate Operations.

This remote role will review, draft, and negotiate a range of agreements, optimize contract processes, and keep stakeholders updated on contract status. The base salary ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 annually, with final compensation depending on location, experience, and skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Paralegal or contract certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in contracts management at a biotechnology/pharmaceutical company.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts for Phase I-IV clinical studies preferred.
• Ability to understand and analyze contract terms, assess risks, and negotiate in alignment with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and clinical agreements, including confidentiality, site, vendor, service, manufacturing, and data licensing agreements, amendments, and change orders.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure contracts meet operational needs while minimizing risk.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle: intake, template management, review and negotiation, approvals, execution, document management, renewal tracking, and closeout.
• Maintain accurate contract records and reporting, providing updates on status, timelines, renewal dates, and KPIs to leadership.
• Develop, implement, and improve contract processes, templates, and SOPs to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws and industry regulations (FDA, EMA, HIPAA) and internal policies.
