Cardinal Health is hiring a Supervisor, Access and Patient Support to oversee a remote team handling patient enrollment, reimbursement, and benefit investigations. The role supports two emerging clients with complex patient journeys, driving compliant, efficient service.

The position requires leadership experience in a call center, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach a 100% remote workforce. Anticipated schedule includes a 7am-7pm CT shift; full-time remote work for U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership role within a call center, with customer service exposure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead remote teams and adapt to shift coverage needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for inbound and outbound patient access support teams.
• Maintain development and training goals in a 100% remote setting.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions with program metrics.
• Review program metrics daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly and report results to leadership.
• Manage workflow to ensure efficient customer service; monitor calls, track KPIs like abandoned rate, SLA, FCR.
• Test and approve program changes including technology upgrades and business rule modifications.
• Provide coaching and feedback during regular 1x1s with team members.
• Handle Workday tasks; approvals, timecards, PTO.
