Rue Gilt Groupe, Inc. is seeking a remote Member Services Supervisor to lead a distributed team of Member-focused Associates. You will coach, motivate, and develop individuals while owning administrative tasks and performance management.

In this role you’ll shape coaching strategies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure above-and-beyond service in a fast-paced, remote contact center environment. Collaboration with leadership is key.

Formación

• 3–5 years in a member contact center environment.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient with multiple systems and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and develop team using KPI data and real-time observations.
• Manage timecards and performance documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Lead virtual team huddles and 1:1 meetings to translate brand standards into daily actions.
• Serve as the final escalation point for Members and resolve concerns while coaching.
• Participate in operational improvements and pilot new initiatives.
