Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Member Services Supervisor to lead a fully remote team in a high-volume e-commerce environment. You will coach associates, monitor performance, and resolve member concerns with care while driving initiatives to improve service delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and collaborating with senior leaders to foster a positive, values-driven remote culture. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in a member contact center, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in e-commerce or luxury retail is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members using KPI data and real-time observations to create tailored coaching plans.
• Lead an engaged remote team through effective virtual meetings and consistent daily practices.
• Maintain administrative accuracy including timecards and performance management documentation.
• Resolve complex member concerns as an escalation point and turn challenging interactions into learning opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends and contributing to pilots, workflows, and new initiatives.
