Job summary

Rue Gilt Groupe, Inc. is seeking a Remote Member Services Supervisor to lead a fully remote team of Member‑focused Associates. This role emphasizes coaching over correcting, empowering staff to deliver above and beyond experiences, and shaping the service environment.

You will balance hands-on people leadership with administrative ownership while driving ongoing operational improvements and cross-functional initiatives across a remote contact center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Member Contact Center environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in e-commerce or luxury retail is a major plus.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Coaching mindset: build customized, behavior-based coaching plans; provide actionable feedback to drive improvement.
• Leadership administrative tasks: ensure timecards accuracy and performance documentation are up to date.
• Cultivate excellence: lead virtual team huddles and 1:1 meetings to translate brand standards into daily actions.
• Strategic escalation support: act as final touchpoint for members needing extra support and learning opportunities.
• Change & continuous improvement: identify trends and participate in pilots, process improvements, and new initiatives.
