Rue Gilt Groupe, Inc. is seeking a remote Member Services Supervisor to lead a fully remote team of member-focused associates, elevating the member experience with coaching, real-time feedback, and data-driven performance management.

You will balance hands-on leadership with administrative ownership, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across a world-class remote contact center. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Member Contact Center environment (e-commerce or luxury retail is a major plus).
• Proficient in relevant computer applications and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Coaching mindset and ability to provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and feedback based on KPI data and real-time observations to improve Member Experience and productivity.
• Manage timecards and performance documentation accurately and timely to maintain operational integrity.
• Lead virtual team huddles and 1:1 meetings to translate brand standards into daily actions.
