Job summary

PS is seeking a remote Member Services Associate to support high-profile members and travel arrangers from various states. You will manage reservations, coordinate ground transportation and amenities, and maintain discreet, top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in luxury customer service or hospitality, strong MS Office skills, and comfort with CRM Dynamics. This is a fully remote, 24-hour compatible role requiring US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating reservations via phone, text, and email.
• Ability to provide white-glove support to members and travel arrangers.
• Coordinate ground transportation, meals, amenities with PS departments.
• Strong writing and verbal communication for high-net-worth clientele.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and anticipate issues quickly.
