Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a M365 Global Administrator to support our government clients. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires a robust background in IT infrastructure and systems administration.

The position emphasizes security, system upgrades, and documentation, with a focus on maintaining and improving networked environments and related hardware and software. HUD Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
• 10+ years of IT/systems administrator experience.
• Active HUD Public Trust clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains smooth operation of computer systems in networked or stand-alone configurations.
• Plans, coordinates, and implements network/system security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Provides monitoring and analysis for short and long-range planning of in-house systems.
• Prepares documentation including operational instructions.
• Writes or modifies scripts to resolve performance issues and automate admin tasks.
• Recommends changes to improve systems and network configurations.
