Job summary

ICF is seeking a seasoned M365 / Collaboration Platform Administrator to configure, govern, and maintain the Microsoft 365 and SaaS productivity environment for a federal program. This remote-friendly role requires US residency and occasional onsite work in the Washington, DC region.

You will manage tenant configs, data protection, and governance across M365, Google Workspace, and Power Platform, with an emphasis on security, compliance, and scalable automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of M365 administration, SaaS platform management, or related work.
• 3+ years configuring and administering Microsoft 365 tenants (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, security/compliance).
• 2+ years administering Power Platform environments and ALM pipelines.
• 2+ years supporting federal IT programs in health or related agencies.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage M365 and Google Workspace tenants with security baselines.
• Govern SaaS platforms including OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Slack, GitHub, and more.
• Govern Power Platform environments with guardrails and ALM pipelines.
• Apply data protection, DLP, and conditional access across platforms.
• Manage Exchange Online configuration, mail flow policies, and protections.
• Use PowerShell and Graph API to automate configuration and audits at scale.
• Manage licenses and optimize plan usage to control app sprawl.
• Conduct quarterly reviews against security baselines and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with identity, device, and cybersecurity teams for Zero Trust alignment.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, runbooks, and reference patterns.
