Job summary

GovCIO is actively seeking a M365 Global Administrator to support our federal contract. This role is fully remote within the United States, focusing on maintaining and securing Microsoft 365 environments and related IT infrastructure.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10 years in IT/systems administration and hold an active HUD Public Trust clearance. Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is required, with opportunities to work on enterprise-scale government projects.

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains operation of computer systems, including OS, software, and hardware.
Manage security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Develop and document procedures; plan transitions to new technologies as needed.
Monitor system performance and prepare documentation for operations.
Write or modify scripts to automate administration tasks and resolve performance issues.
Recommend changes to improve system and network configurations.
