Job summary

Insurance Office of America is hiring an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integrations and transformation initiatives across the organization. The role serves as a liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, plus experience leading M&A integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, objectives, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects and align processes, systems, and teams.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project success.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track milestones.
