Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformations. The role serves as a liaison among leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to keep initiatives on schedule and on budget.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years in project management and P&C insurance, with experience leading M&A integrations and a PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong PM, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
• Experience creating executive-level reports and project documentation
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation projects aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor milestones and budgets.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status and decisions to leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and external partners.
