Directive Consulting is seeking a Paid Strategist to manage day-to-day client deliverables and develop custom strategies for paid social campaigns in B2B sectors. You’ll work with technology, industrial, and service clients, communicating with both clients and internal teams to execute high-performing LinkedIn campaigns.

The role emphasizes analytics, storytelling with data, and budget management, with travel to visit clients approximately once per year. Remote-first with Irvine offices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency
• Hands-on experience supporting B2B clients
• Strong expertise in paid social advertising, especially LinkedIn Ads
• Knowledge of LinkedIn ad units and platforms
• Proficient in using ad platforms and analytics tools
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance
• Experience with audience segmentation and enterprise accounts
• Ability to tell stories with data and drive results

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
• Provide direct support to client contacts
• Communicate with vendors and partners on tasks and quality
• Build strategies for clients each quarter
• Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media
• Understand client positioning and value propositions
• Ensure lead routing accuracy in CRM
• Collaborate with Director to meet goals
• Understand programmatic campaigns
• Drive cross-sells and referrals through client relationships
• Execute LinkedIn ad campaigns and targeting to maximize ROI
