Job summary

Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency focused on measurable results for Technology, Industrial, and Services clients. The Paid Strategist role is client-facing, handling day-to-day deliverables and developing custom LinkedIn/paid social strategies.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage budgets to drive ROI. You will work remotely in the US, with optional access to Irvine offices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency with B2B clients.
• Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
• Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV and more.
• Proficiency with platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense.
• Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics/GA4 and Excel.
• Ability to drive results and measure via OCT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts.
• Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks.
• Build strategies for clients each quarter.
• Maintain and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
• Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships.
• Execute and optimize LinkedIn campaigns to maximize ROI.
