Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking a Senior Account Strategist, Paid Social to lead day-to-day client deliverables and craft high-performing Paid Social strategies for B2B clients. You’ll work across Technology, Industrial, and Services markets, collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency with hands-on B2B clients
• Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
• Understanding LinkedIn Ad Units (conversation ads, document ads, CTV) and optimization
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and similar tools
• Strong grasp of paid principles: keyword research, ad copy, bidding, and optimization
• Ability to analyze campaign data with Google Analytics/GA4, Excel and other analytics platforms
• Experience measuring results and driving outcomes for mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling
• Collaborative, proactive problem solver who stays on the cutting edge

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
• Serve as direct support to client contacts
• Weekly communication with vendors and partners to align on tasks and quality
• Build strategies for clients each quarter
• Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
• Understand client positioning and value propositions
• Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM
• Manage personal productivity and utilization
• Collaborate with Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
• Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
• Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns including copywriting and targeting to maximize ROI
