Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
• Serve as direct support to client contacts
• Weekly communication with vendors or partners to align on tasks and improvements
• Build strategies for clients each quarter
• Manage budgets for paid media campaigns
• Understand client positioning and value propositions
• Ensure lead routing is accurate in CRM
• Drive internal and client goal alignment with leadership
