Qualifications

• 1 year of experience supporting clinical trial or laboratory operations projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with study initiation activities, including required documentation and readiness tracking.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day laboratory project activities to meet timelines and client expectations.
• Serve as a key contact for assigned clients after study award with clear, timely communications.
• Monitor project status, identify risks or blockers, and escalate with mitigation actions.
• Manage multiple priorities across mid‑size and large pharma accounts under pressure.
• Leverage internal teams to resolve issues and keep deliverables moving.
