Job summary

You will work with Project Managers, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality results and proactive issue escalation. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience supporting projects, operations, client services, or related roles.
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Planner is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, execution and delivery of client projects.
• Coordinate between Account Managers, clients and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead internal status meetings and client touchpoints, documenting actions and follow-ups.
• Translate client requirements into clear project briefs and deliverables for teams.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and trackers.
