Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting projects, operations, client services, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and client service teams in planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.
• Coordinate between Account Managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables within approved budgets.
• Lead internal status meetings and client touchpoints, documenting actions and follow-ups.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs, work plans, and deliverables for teams.
• Maintain project timelines, task assignments, resource plans, and trackers.
