Insurance Office of America is hiring a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team, producers, and clients. You will manage renewals, endorsements, submissions, and policy issuance while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration with account teams, adherence to policies, and continuous improvement in operations. Remote options exist within time-zone constraints; Florida branch support is noted.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required, CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workload of Account Support/Receptionist and Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business: gather underwriting info, prepare submissions, bind coverage, and follow up for issuance.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
