Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a senior leader to drive business solution architecture and delivery for large-scale healthcare programs. You will align business objectives with executable designs, coordinating across governance, PMO, vendors, and technical teams.

The role requires 7+ years in progressive delivery leadership within regulated environments, with strong emphasis on client outcomes, risk management, and end-to-end readiness from discovery through go-live. Remote with travel.

Qualifications

• Progressive solution delivery leadership experience in large-scale environments.
• Ability to connect business objectives and policies to executable designs.
• Experience facilitating complex design decisions with client executives and delivery teams.
• Proven track record in regulated healthcare delivery programs.
• Strong governance and risk management throughout discovery to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Provides Principal-level leadership for business solution architecture and delivery with accountability for outcomes.
• Translates objectives into future-state capabilities, orchestrating multiple workstreams.
• Governs end-to-end delivery, managing dependencies, risks, and executive escalations.
• Leads integrated delivery model and ensures alignment across teams.
• Owns customer process analysis and translates needs into capabilities and requirements.
• Governs business solution architecture and ensures alignment across workflows.
• Manages dependencies, tradeoffs, and critical-path risks with actionable recovery plans.
• Oversees readiness across SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live.
• Supports client governance and executive communications as deputy to Engagement Lead.
