Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks an Experienced Project Manager to drive Cob projects and large teams in a healthcare technology environment. You will plan, monitor, and deliver complex programs, coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet milestones.

Candidates should have 9+ years in project management, 8+ years in healthcare (Medicaid/Medicare preferred), and PMP certification. Remote US role with some travel and growth opportunities through leadership academies.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably a claim payment or audit recovery environment.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Project manage multiple Coordination of Benefits (COB) projects and drive accelerated implementation growth.
• Lead one or more large project management teams by breaking down bigger programs and assisting with staffing development.
• Spearhead project planning, tracking and oversight of projects and staff with clear direction and deadlines.
• Communicate with client, company and project leadership; measure and share project metrics/status and suggest program changes.
• Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets and objectives across all phases.
• Escalate risks and implement mitigation solutions across non-direct reports.
• Support growth through new proposals, business development, and process improvements.
