Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a senior solutions delivery leader to provide principal-level leadership for business solution architecture and integrated Provider DDI delivery. You will translate business objectives into future-state capabilities, govern end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, and drive alignment from discovery through go-live, with up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of solution delivery leadership in large-scale implementations.
• Experience leading Provider/Medicaid enterprise healthcare programs across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to connect business strategy and policy requirements to executable designs.
• Proven ability to align business objectives with architecture and operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives into future-state capabilities and solution direction across workstreams.
• Govern end-to-end business solution, manage risks, tradeoffs, and escalations.
• Lead the integrated delivery operating model across business, technical, data, testing, PMO, vendor, architecture, and operations teams.
• Own customer process analysis and drive improvements through implementation.
• Translate contracts and stakeholder needs into requirements and priorities.
• Govern business solution architecture and ensure alignment of designs across streams.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies and blockers with recovery actions.
• Ensure readiness across SIT, UAT, deployment and go-live.
• Translate risks and readiness gaps into executive recommendations.
• Support Engagement Lead and governance with communications.
