Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a senior solution delivery leader to drive complex Provider and Medicaid programs in a nationwide remote role. You will own delivery plans, budgets, and readiness gates, coordinating across business, technical, data, and vendor teams to ensure on-time, quality outcomes.

You will translate strategic objectives into executable capabilities and designs, govern architecture, and lead readiness for SIT/UAT and go-live, while partnering with executive stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, engineering, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive solution delivery leadership experience in large-scale environments.
• Experience leading complex Provider, Medicaid Enterprise, healthcare, or regulated delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated delivery plans, milestones, budgets, and readiness gates.
• Lead the integrated delivery operating model across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Translate objectives and policies into capabilities, requirements, and implementation priorities.
• Govern the business solution architecture and ensure alignment across processes, designs, and integrations.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies, tradeoffs, and critical-path risks with clear actions.
• Own readiness across SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live; advise executive teams.
