Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Principal-level leader to drive business solution architecture and integrated Provider delivery. You will translate business objectives into capabilities, align multiple workstreams, and govern end-to-end delivery from discovery to go-live.

In this remote role (up to 15% travel), you will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment to achieve measurable client outcomes. A strong healthcare or Medicaid background is valued.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive solution delivery leadership experience in large-scale environments.
• Experience leading complex Provider/Healthcare delivery programs across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Ability to translate business objectives into executable designs and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Provides Principal-level leadership for business solution architecture and integrated delivery.
• Translates business objectives into future-state capabilities and solution direction across multiple workstreams.
• Governs the end-to-end business solution, manages risks, dependencies, and escalations from discovery through go-live.
• Leads integrated delivery operating model and drives accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Owns customer process analysis and drives improvements through implementation.
• Ensures alignment of business processes, requirements, designs, integrations, and operations.
