Job summary

Our client, a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space, seeks a Health Systems Project Manager for a remote role based in the United States. You will lead enterprise-critical initiatives, partner with executive leaders, and ensure delivery with clear visibility into risks, issues, and milestones.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of project management experience and strong communication skills, with proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, health care administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience with a track record of managing multiple projects.
• Ability to adapt project management strategies across various project types.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for key initiatives and enterprise-critical projects
• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives across multiple lines of business
• Partner closely with leaders and stakeholders to support successful project completion
• Adapt project management approaches to fit specific project types
• Monitor and manage key deliverables in alignment with established PMO standards
• Use PMO project management tools while coordinating with stakeholder groups
• Report on project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues to stakeholders
