Our client, a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space, seeks a Health Systems Project Manager for a remote role based in the United States. You will lead enterprise-critical initiatives, partner with executive leaders, and ensure delivery with clear visibility into risks, issues, and milestones.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of project management experience and strong communication skills, with proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, health care administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience with a track record of managing multiple projects.
• Ability to adapt project management strategies across various project types.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for key initiatives and enterprise-critical projects

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Health Systems Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This role will lead complex project management efforts for enterprise-critical initiatives within a large health systems environment. The position will partner closely with executive leaders and stakeholders across multiple lines of business to ensure successful delivery, strong alignment, and clear visibility into risks, issues, and milestones. The ideal candidate will bring a flexible, organized approach to managing diverse project types while maintaining disciplined execution and communication.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $116,592 – $158,400 annually
