Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a senior Revenue Operations analyst to act as the Global Sales leader’s source of forecast insight. You’ll interpret weekly forecasts, explain movements, risks, and opportunities, and ensure comparability across the sales organization.

This role partners with the operations business partner to manage cadence, perform deep dives by geography, product, and route to market, and prepare guidance for quarterly business reviews and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative or business field.
• 8+ years in sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, or revenue operations.
• Experience forecasting for large sales organizations and presenting to senior leaders.
• Strong SQL and advanced reporting skills with the ability to answer questions in real time.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce pipeline data.

Responsibilities

• Provide the analysis behind the weekly Global Sales forecast: an independent view of quarter/year outcomes, risks and upside.
• Prepare the forecast for leadership reviews, coordinating with the operations partner.
• Explain week-over-week movement by cause: pipeline, deals, timing and judgment.
• Analyze pipeline health: coverage, stage conversion, velocity and linearity.
• Identify risks early with evidence and recommended responses.
• Measure and report forecast accuracy and bias for the business.
• Run deep dives by geography, segment, product and route to market.
• Provide insight for quarterly business reviews and deal reviews with the central team.
