Job summary

Passport is seeking a Senior Analyst of Financial Operations to own assigned brand remittances and help improve data and processes that support them. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Operations, this role will pull and validate remittance data, prepare remittance packages, and conduct a thorough self-review before submission.

You will serve as the primary Fin Ops contact for branded remittances, partnering with Development and Engineering on data and automation projects, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Four to six years in financial operations or a related analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and AI-driven data analysis experience.
• Understanding of data moves between source systems and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-team coordination.
• Experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite and BI platforms such as Tableau or Looker is helpful.
• Experience with payment reconciliations or high-volume transaction data.
• Experience using AI to analyze data or automate recurring workflows.
• Curious, self-directed, collaborative, with judgment to communicate anomalies and risks.

Responsibilities

• Own brand remittances end to end, from pulling data to preparing remittance packages and self-review.
• Reconcile sales activity to payment data, investigate variances, document resolutions.
• Serve as the primary Fin Ops contact for assigned brands and coordinate follow-up.
• Work across teams to understand brand requirements and resolve anomalies.
• Lead data and automation improvements by documenting processes and partnering with Eng.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend practical improvements to remittance processes.
