• Proficiency in financial systems, data analysis, and supporting back-office processes.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day global financial operations, including payroll and customer billing.
• Analyze financial data and workflows to identify discrepancies and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial compliance and goals.
• Maintain reports using Excel or Word and Google Forms.
• Handle internal/external customer and vendor contacts.
• Process shipments/outgoing mail and manage related duties as needed.
