Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical or university degree or relevant experience, or a high school diploma plus 4+ years in field services.
• 7+ years of experience in field services or power generation equipment maintenance.
• Completion of level III training programs is required; strong reading of electrical/mechanical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, perform, and coordinate site activities.
• Install systems and perform ongoing preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration.
• Respond to emergency repairs and services for troublesome equipment.
• Provide technical instruction to customer personnel on installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Prepare technical reports, order materials, secure quotations, and manage time and expenses.
• Sign off on changes and drive customer satisfaction with quality.
• Maintain safety standards and troubleshoot equipment; travel to projects as needed.
• Mentor and train team members and prepare reports for customer records.
