Sodexo seeks a Senior Manager, Recruitment to lead a team of senior recruiters and drive hiring strategies across the U.S. This virtual leadership role partners with business leaders to attract and hire top management and executive talent.

This position is home-based, with preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone. The role combines strategic workforce planning, team leadership, and hands-on recruitment for complex executive searches.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies with senior leadership.
• Experience leading recruitment teams to achieve performance goals.
• Expertise in sourcing methodologies, pipeline development, and inclusive recruitment.
• Experience leveraging recruitment metrics and KPIs to improve service delivery and hiring outcomes.
• Experience managing complex and confidential executive searches with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise hiring priorities by aligning recruitment strategy with business growth objectives.
• Mentor and elevate a team of recruiters, strengthening sourcing approaches and talent pipelines.
• Lead high-impact hiring initiatives that influence both immediate and long-term workforce outcomes.
• Partner directly with senior executives and HR leaders on forecasting and succession planning efforts.
• Drive measurable improvements in recruitment effectiveness through data-driven insights and process enhancements.
• Contribute to building sustainable internal pipelines that reduce reliance on external agencies.
