Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment to join our remote legal team. The role focuses on EPLI matters with strong litigation skills and a track record in labor and employment disputes.

You will advise clients on compliance, draft and negotiate critical documents, and develop strategies across varying jurisdictions. Ideal candidates hold a JD, bar admission, and at least 7 years of relevant experience, with excellent research, advocacy, and

Qualifications

JD degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum 7 years of labor and employment litigation experience.
Bar admission in good standing.
Proven track record in labor and employment disputes.
Strong research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

Manage EPLI matters.
Conduct legal research and advise clients on rights and obligations under labor and employment laws.
Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlements.
Develop litigation strategies.
Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for case management.
Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and educate others.
