This fully remote, full-time role focuses exclusively on Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) matters and requires handling a national EPLI practice with high-stakes cases.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, active Bar admission, and at least 8 years in employment litigation with EPLI emphasis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of substantive employment litigation with EPLI focus.
• Active bar admission in home state, in good standing.
• Strong written and oral advocacy with client-facing skills.
• Experience with AI-driven and emerging technologies in legal work.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full EPLI caseload, including litigation, mediation, and pre-litigation counseling.
• Represent insureds and insurers in employment disputes across forums.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documents with precision.
• Advise on employment law risk management and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with nationwide attorneys on complex matters.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical obligations.
