Jobot is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment to join our dynamic legal team. The chosen candidate will manage EPLI matters and have strong labor and employment law knowledge with excellent litigation skills.

This fully remote role offers a competitive salary between $150,000 and $250,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities. A JD with at least 7 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 7 years of labor and employment litigation experience in a law firm.
• Admission to state bar in good standing; strong record in labor/employment disputes.
• Exceptional research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPLI (Employment Practices Liability Insurance) matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlements.
• Develop litigation strategies.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals and staff for case management.
• Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and educate colleagues.
