The ideal candidate has 8+ years of employment litigation and active bar membership in the appropriate jurisdiction, with strong writing and advocacy skills for prominent clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of residence.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate EPLI cases from inception to resolution.
• Engage regularly with clients, attorneys, and firm staff.
