Jobot seeks a seasoned Litigation Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment to join our dynamic legal team. The chosen candidate will manage EPLI matters and advise clients on compliance with labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings and settlement agreements, developing litigation strategies, and collaborating with attorneys and paralegals to manage cases. This is a fully remote position with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• 7+ years of labor and employment litigation experience in a law firm.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Proven track record representing clients in labor and employment disputes.
• Strong legal research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex legal concepts.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Proficient in legal research tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPLI (Employment Practices Liability Insurance) matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis under applicable labor and employment laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Develop litigation strategies.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants for effective case management.
• Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and educate clients and colleagues.
