Fisher Phillips, a premier labor and employment law firm, is seeking an employment attorney with seven+ years of experience to join as Special Counsel in a Virtual Office. This mostly remote role concentrates on administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation for diverse clients, with opportunities for class actions and PAGA involvement.

You will supervise and collaborate with partners and a support team, develop case strategies, and handle hearings, depositions, and trials,

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• Seven+ years of experience in employment law and litigation.
• Experience with EPLI matters and both single-plaintiff and class-action litigation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation.
• Supervise others, develop case strategies, draft and review work product.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients at hearings, conferences, and trials.
• Travel locally as needed and collaborate with partners and paralegals.
