Job summary

Hire Counsel is seeking experienced employment litigation attorneys to join its Virtual Office team as Special Counsel. This role requires over seven years of experience handling employment law matters, with a focus on providing high-quality legal services without business development pressure. Attorneys will enjoy flexibility in setting their own billable hours.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years (7+) of experience in employment law and litigation.
• Licensure in good standing in target states.
• Experience practicing in a law firm (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handling employment litigation for clients including EPLI cases.
• Developing case strategies and drafting legal work.
• Representing clients at hearings and trials.

Skills

Expertise handling employment law matters

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Experience with EPLI matters

Education

JD from an ABA accredited law school
