Job summary

Fisher Phillips is seeking an experienced Virtual Office – Class Action Attorney (Remote) to join as Counsel or Special Counsel in a mostly remote role. The candidate will handle sophisticated employment litigation, focusing on class and representative actions, with opportunities to supervise teams and develop case strategies.

Requires more than seven years of employment litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and California or Washington bar admission preferred.

Qualifications

• More than seven years of employment litigation experience.
• Significant experience defending employers in class and representative actions, particularly wage and hour matters.
• Experience handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation.
• Experience with employment disputes involving discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and other workplace issues.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case strategy
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive work product
• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery
• Prepare for and conduct depositions
• Represent clients at hearings, conferences, and trials
• Supervise attorneys and other team members
• Advise clients on employment law matters and workplace policies as needed
• Collaborate with attorneys and teams across the firm
