Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage litigation matters from intake to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of 10–20 active employment litigation matters.
• Develop and execute case strategies in state and federal courts.
• Draft and respond to written discovery and motions.
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for trial.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and mentors junior attorneys.
