Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an HR Specialist II Corporate Accommodations to act as a subject-matter expert for disability accommodations and ADA/ADAAA matters in a 100% remote, high-volume setting. You will manage the most complex cases, partner with HR, leaders, and legal, and guide employees with medical conditions or disabilities through the accommodations process to support retention and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in leave of absence, disability case management, ADA/ADAAA, HR or closely related field.
• Working knowledge of federal and state leave and disability regulations, including ADA/ADAAA and FMLA.
• Experience managing cases from initiation through resolution in a case management system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for accommodation-related issues in a high-volume environment.
• Manage sensitive HR cases with discretion, partnering with HR, leaders and legal.
• Support onboarding by coaching and nesting activities for new hires.
• Analyze regional data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate with leave and disability vendors for return-to-work management.
• Provide consultation to HR partners, managers, and employees on accommodations.
