Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an HR Specialist II Corporate Accommodations to act as a subject matter expert for disability accommodations and ADA/ADAAA matters in a high-volume, remote environment. You will manage complex cases and partner with HR, leaders, and legal to administer leave and accommodations effectively.

This 100% remote role requires strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills, with experience in case management systems and knowledge of federal and state leave laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in leave of absence, disability case management, ADA/ADAAA accommodations, HR, or related field.
• Working knowledge of federal/state leave and disability regulations including ADA/ADAAA and FMLA.
• Experience managing cases from initiation through resolution in a case management system.

Responsibilities

• Function as highest escalation point for accommodation issues with leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage executive and non-executive escalation responses with timely, empathetic resolution.
• Handle highly sensitive HR-for-HR cases for assigned regions with discretion and professionalism.
• Support nesting activities for new hires with nesting plans and audits, and coaching for onboarding.
