Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an HR Specialist II Corporate Accommodations to serve as a subject matter expert for disability accommodations and ADA/ADAAA matters in a high-volume corporate environment. This role manages complex cases, partners with HR, leaders, and legal stakeholders, and supports leave and accommodation processes with confidentiality and empathy.

Role is 100% remote and contract-based, with duties spanning data analysis, escalation, training, and collaboration with vendors, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in leave of absence, disability case management, ADA/ADAAA accommodations, HR, or related field.
• Working knowledge of federal and state leave and disability regulations, including ADA/ADAAA and FMLA.
• Experience managing cases from initiation through resolution in a case management system.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly to employees, managers, and HR partners, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Function as the highest escalation point under operations leadership for accommodation-related issues.
• Manage executive and non-executive escalation responses with timely, accurate resolution.
• Handle highly sensitive cases with discretion and professionalism for an assigned region.
• Support all new hire nesting activities with nesting plans, audits, and onboarding coaching.
