Novartis seeks an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison to shape rheumatology education and insights across the US field organization. You will build partnerships with Medical Experts, inform strategic plans, and drive compliant engagement across Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Education teams.

This field-based role requires 60-80% travel, residing in Los Angeles or surrounding area, with no relocation offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Thought Leader/Medical Expert engagement or related pharma/biotech roles.
• Must reside in Los Angeles, CA area with 60-80% travel ability.
• Proven ability to build compliant relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with Medical Experts across Dermatology and related fields.
• Conduct compliant engagements to generate strategic insights.
• Facilitate discussions using approved resources to inform strategies.
• Synthesize insights and communicate to cross-functional teams.
• Lead or support advisory boards and congress initiatives.
• Coordinate engagement activities for external events and meetings.
