Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, NPPA Thought Leader Liaison to build strategic, compliant relationships with Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants across the U.S. You will support educational initiatives, gather insights, and inform brand strategies.

The role is field-based, primarily remote with extensive travel (50–75%), collaborating with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and other teams to advance scientific education and external activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Clinical dermatology expertise preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and strategic thinking skills required.
• Ability to travel extensively (50–75%) required.

Responsibilities

• Execute engagement plans for key APP leaders.
• Identify emerging thought leaders in dermatology.
• Support development of educational programs.
• Generate field insights to inform brand strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing and other teams.
• Represent Scorpion Therapeutics at dermatology conferences.
• Support external scientific and educational activities.
• Maintain and grow stakeholder relationships.
