Novartis is seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison in Los Angeles to shape Rheumatology education and external partnerships. This field-based role involves working with Medical Experts to generate insights that inform marketing and education strategies.

The position requires 60-80% travel across CA, OR, WA, and HI, with collaboration across Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, Congress Strategy, and Field Leadership to drive compliant engagements and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Thought Leader engagement or field-based roles.
• Ability to travel 60–80% across CA, OR, WA and HI.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with Medical Experts in Dermatology.
• Generate insights to support marketing and education strategies.
• Coordinate advisory boards, speaker initiatives, and congress activities.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, and Congress teams.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to plan engagements.
