Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in Thought Leader/Medical Expert engagement or related pharmaceutical/biotech roles.
• Residence in Los Angeles, CA or surrounding area with 60–80% travel requirement.
• Proven ability to develop compliant relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, planning, and retention of insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Medical Experts across Dermatology.
• Conduct compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate insights supporting strategic priorities.
• Facilitate discussions using approved resources to inform marketing and education strategies.
• Capture and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support peer-to-peer education programs through expert insights and speaker development.
• Moderate approved educational programs and advisory boards in line with company policies.
• Coordinate Medical Expert engagement activities for congresses and external events.
• Partner across Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, Congress teams to execute aligned strategies.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to enhance engagement planning and insight generation.
