Job summary

SonicWall is seeking a highly motivated Solution Engineer to support sales and channel technical activities across a regional territory. This field-based role involves approximately 70% remote work from a home or regional office, with up to 30% travel to customer sites and events.

You will design, position, and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions, providing technical consultation and guidance to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or Ph.D. with 1+ year, or equivalent.
• CISSP certification required.
• Experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Support, Professional Services, or Solution Engineering in cybersecurity vendor or enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to drive technical engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Support channel partners with solution positioning, deployment, and ongoing technical support.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, technical presentations, and whiteboard sessions.
• Provide technical consultation and solution recommendations aligned with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Support, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams to address needs.
• Participate in regional reporting and contribute to technical sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth through application of technical expertise and sales acumen.
